Key Terms

Voluntary Participation

You choose whether to be listed. No obligation, no pressure. You can decline participation or remove your listing at any time without consequences.

Information Accuracy

You're responsible for ensuring your credentials, specializations, contact details, and practice information are accurate and current. Only claim qualifications you actually hold.

Professional Standards

You agree to maintain your professional obligations (AHPRA Code, PACFA/ACA Ethics), practice competently, and uphold inclusive practice commitments (if claimed).

No Guarantees

We cannot guarantee client referral volume, income, or practice outcomes. Therapair is a tool to help, not a guarantee of success.

Independent Practitioners

You're NOT our employee or contractor. You maintain full professional autonomy and are responsible for your own practice, taxes, and insurance.

Fees & Compensation

Research and demo period

There is no cost to be listed while we run user research and prove the experience. No commission on referrals through Therapair during this phase.

Early registrants

Practitioners who register during early access receive 12 months from registration at no charge as we build alongside you. We will confirm eligibility and dates when we formalise onboarding.

If we introduce paid options later

We may offer optional paid tools or tiers in future. Pricing is not final—we are still learning from research and will not quote specific amounts until they are decided. Before any fee could apply to you, we will give reasonable advance notice in plain language. You will not be required to pay to stay on a baseline listing if we continue to offer one.
