Early access — 12 months free for providers

A better start to therapy enquiries.

Therapair helps clients share what matters before they reach out — whether you work on your own or as part of a practice or clinic team, you get enquiries with clearer context, preferences, and scope from the outset.

Dedicated page for practices, teams, and clinic networks — or start above and self-select on-site.

What we improve

We are redesigning first contact in therapy so people can share key context early and providers can respond with more confidence and less friction.

What Therapair is: an Australian platform in early access for clearer therapy enquiries — not crisis care, not a promise of outcomes. Read how it works, trust and limits, and the national FAQ.

Built to make first contact clearer for everyone

A more thoughtful starting point for connecting clients, therapists, and practices.

Clearer context from the start

Clients can share needs, preferences, and practical considerations before they contact a provider.

Less time spent on misaligned enquiries

Helpful upfront context can reduce repetitive screening and unnecessary back-and-forth.

Better representation of your practice

Approach, focus areas, formats, and boundaries are easier for clients to understand upfront.

Practical details are part of the match

Session format, focus, and other practical factors can be considered early instead of later.

Designed for individuals and teams

Therapair is being shaped for solo practitioners, group practices, and clinic networks.

Respectful by design

Consent, privacy, and clear expectations come first. Therapair aims to make first contact clearer, not promise outcomes.

Preview the client journey before you opt in

Register and we will send you a demo prototype showing how a client shares preferences, reviews options, and takes the next step.

It is an early prototype, not the finished experience. If you opt in to research, your feedback will help shape what information is collected and how therapist strengths are communicated.

What early access includes

Registering is quick, and research participation is always optional.

Frequently asked questions

Short answers to common questions before you register.

Who is early access for?
Mental health and wellbeing providers across Australia, from solo practitioners to growing practices and clinic teams.
What is the first thing I see after I submit the form?
A confirmation page straight away. We follow up by email as onboarding and matching open; if you opt into research, the survey link is in that email.
Is research required?
No. The survey is optional, and if you opt in we include the link in your confirmation email.
What does “match” mean?
Therapair aims to improve first-contact clarity by capturing what clients need and representing your approach clearly. It does not guarantee outcomes.

Providers: request early access

For individual therapists, sole practitioners, and people representing a practice or team. Preview the provider experience, explore the sandbox, and hear when onboarding opens — use this form when you are ready to register interest.

Helps us tailor follow-up; it does not change your eligibility for early access.

Optional: Help shape Therapair

Your feedback is valuable. Take part in a short 6-8 minute survey to help us improve the experience and matching flow.

Completely optional. You will still receive demo access either way.

Representing a practice or team? You can still use this form — or open the practice-focused page if you prefer that flow.
