These Terms govern your use of Therapair. We've written them in plain language to be fair and understandable.
Therapair is an intelligent therapist-matching platform that connects individuals seeking mental health support with qualified practitioners. We're currently in demo/proof-of-concept phase.
Important: Therapair is a directory and matching service, NOT a healthcare provider. We don't provide therapy, employ therapists, or have clinical relationships with users.
You may use Therapair to find therapists or (if you're a practitioner) to be listed. You may not scrape data, misuse the platform, or violate others' rights.
During demo phase, we provide Therapair "as is" without guarantees of perfection, uptime, or complete accuracy. We're testing and improving.
We do NOT endorse, recommend, or guarantee any therapist's quality or suitability. You're responsible for assessing if a therapist is right for you.
If you're in crisis, call 000, Lifeline (13 11 14), Beyond Blue (1300 22 4636), or go to your nearest emergency department.
We're not liable for therapy outcomes, therapist actions, information accuracy, or platform issues (beyond what Australian Consumer Law requires).
If you have a complaint, contact us first. We'll attempt to resolve issues through mediation before litigation. Victorian law applies.
Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
You have consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded—including services provided with due care and skill, fit for purpose, and within reasonable time. If we fail a major guarantee, you're entitled to cancel and obtain a refund or compensation.
