Not for emergencies
Therapair is not a crisis service and is not monitored like a helpline. If you or someone else is at immediate risk, call 000 (Australia) or use a crisis line:

Privacy and data

Clinical responsibility stays with providers
Therapair may help people explore options and express preferences; it does not assess, diagnose, or triage clinical need. Licensed or registered providers remain responsible for their own intake, consent, scope of practice, and whether a client is a good fit.
No guarantees
We do not guarantee therapeutic outcomes, chemistry between client and therapist, wait times, or a minimum number of enquiries. “Matching” on Therapair means clearer information at first contact — not a promise of results.
Early access and product change
Therapair is in active development. Flows, copy, and features may change as we learn from providers and clients. What you see in a preview or sandbox may not match the final production experience.
